OfPonderingWandering

It’s easier to ask questions,
Point fingers,
Blame,

Ultimately: Seeking distraction,
A quick fix,
To a never ending issue.

Then it is to be with the causation of the suffering,

Which leads one,
To true understanding:

Of suffering as temporary,
Casual,
And transient–

That is,
True emotional maturity,
And internal mastery.

Too many of us,
Are content on the surface level,

Of watching waves,
And blaming the skies,

Of falling down,
And blaming mere guise.

Of doing what is easy:
Blaming, hating, over-analyzing.

Rather than what is hard:
Sitting with grief.

Misfortune be
To those who live their whole lives like this,

Dying with clenched fists,
And vengeance.

No wonder,
Their souls still wander,

Attached to:
Anger,
Malice,
Shame,

Unable to reach blissful annihilation,
Of simple being of death,
Of letting go,
Through the action of,
Non-attachment.

Then,
Spirituality must be sought,
Wisdom must be sought,

The capacity of utilizing the soul must be taught,
The ego must be forgot,

And none of this can be bought.

Neither East nor West matters,
Trivial or pivotal,

Introspective wisdom is woven into our being:

A deep hidden string,
Between blazing outwardly difference.

The orienting of the mirror-
To see not only the open self-

But the sun,
The sky,
The Divine,
The whole oneness in being,
And what lies in between.

Many are afraid,
Of seeing themselves in such light,

Do not leave in flight,
For it is a plight,

But one that renders you,
Dead before death,

Reinvigorating life,
Before the silence of the knife.

Do not think it,
Do not feel it,
Embody it!
